Master of the Quiet Storm

Known as the "Master of the Quiet Storm," bassist Gary Taylor played sideman on dozens of albums during the 1960s, '70s, and '80s, and became a fixture of his own on adult contemporary radio with his own recordings, beginning with 1991's Take Control. Albums followed for Sindrome and Morning Crew during the '90s.

I've been a collector of Gary Taylor's music for many many many years...collecting the CD's and sharing his genius with friends.

I don't really understand why an artist like Taylor isn't more mainstream...especially when we're all so starved for this type of sound.

Get the music, get some wine and share his legacy with friends.
